This is &#8220;Tachiarai Water,&#8221; one of the &#8220;Five Famous Waters of Kamakura. <br>It is said that Kajiwara Kageoki, a retainer of Minamoto no Yoritomo, used this spring water to wash his sword after killing Kazusa Hirotsune, another retainer of Minamoto no Yoritomo, who was suspected of rebellion.
